About the role
We are seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient care. In this role, you will:
- Serve as a mentor to early-career therapists and students, fostering professional growth and confidence
- Partner with leadership on clinical development initiatives
- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction through patient history and physical exams
- Develop and adjust individualized, evidence-based care plans aligned with patient goals
- Deliver interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and modify approaches accordingly
- Advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Physical Therapist license or enrollment in a DPT program
- Board Certification as an OCS
