Physical Therapist - Occupational Health (Full-Time)

About the role

Provides physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and patient care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Manages a full caseload, including documentation, billing, scheduling, and discharge planning.
• Communicates effectively with patients, caregivers, and support staff, demonstrating professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
• Participates in staff education, committee involvement, and may serve as a clinical instructor.
• Conducts occupational health assessments, risk evaluations, and supports workers' return-to-work strategies.

Qualifications

• Holds a current license in the state of practice.
• Education includes a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited program.

Skills

• Strong communication, professionalism, supervision, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across departments based on patient needs.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekends or holidays.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $79,497.60 to $119,246.40.
