About the role
A full-time Physical Therapist is sought to provide skilled therapy services in an inpatient and outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional outcomes.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; make appropriate referrals.
- Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels.
- Complete documentation compliant with departmental policies.
- Conduct assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Current Physical Therapist License required.
- No prior experience necessary.
Additional Details
The role involves managing a diverse outpatient caseload, working with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in weekend rotations.
