About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to develop and implement treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing patients' physical, social, and mental functions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations of patients' conditions and needs.
  • Create individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals and clinical findings.
  • Provide therapy interventions using appropriate techniques and modalities.
  • Ensure effective communication of discharge plans to patients and caregivers.
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with established deadlines.
  • Adhere to safety standards and organizational policies, including vaccination requirements.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.
  • Contribute to a collaborative interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Support organizational safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent.
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21.

Skills

  • Clinical expertise in physical therapy assessment and intervention.
  • Ability to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Strong supervisory and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues.
