Physical Therapist - Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists
Upstream Rehab is an industry-leading therapy management company partnering with physician practices nationwide. In collaboration with Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists, we are a preferred outpatient orthopedic therapy service provider in the Spokane, WA community. We are seeking a Physical Therapist committed to delivering a remarkable patient experience through patient-centered care, evidence-based treatment, and strong relationships with physician partners. Our goal is to achieve exceptional patient outcomes while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered, evidence-based physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Coordinate comprehensive care plans to enhance patient outcomes.
- Build and maintain integral relationships with physician partners.
- Promote a positive atmosphere for patient healing and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Current or pending PT license.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- CPR certified.

Pay
Annual salary range: $80,000–$95,000 USD, depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also qualify for bonus programs or other incentive plans.
Schedule
Full-time position (30+ hours per week).
