About the role
We are seeking Physical Therapists to join a team dedicated to delivering patient-centered, high-quality care in a rewarding setting. The role offers mentorship and hands-on training to support professional growth, especially for new graduates. No prior home health experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized treatment sessions with a 1:1, 60-minute approach
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients daily
- Deliver care that fosters clinical excellence
Requirements
- Licensure or imminent licensure in Delaware
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
