Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated annual salary of $94,000–$116,000 (based on pay-per-visit model)
- IHT Milestone Reward Program: earn up to $15,000 in career milestone payments

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
- Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided)
This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours worked.
