Responsibilities

• Help develop and maintain a corporate culture that supports the mission and values of Mayfield Clinic.
• Maintain a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the facility.
• Confer with the person(s) most closely associated with the management of the patient and keep them informed of any additional patient treatment modifications, and/or progress.
• Prepare Evaluation reports/summaries.
• Prepare Discharge reports/summaries.
• Provide Progress reports to referring physicians and agencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Must have Ohio State Licensure.
• Skills: Practice Physical Therapy consistent with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
• Treat patients and function as a Physical Therapist as indicated.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service.
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, problem prevention, and decision-making skills.
• Able to convey empathy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to maintain composure and restore calm in a stressful situation.
• Uses good judgment and diplomacy when dealing with others.
• Desire and ability to work in a team environment.
