Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Oregon Physical Therapist License and valid licenses in care delivery states
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
• Specialized training or experience may be required for specific departmental needs
