Physical Therapist Job

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Cumming, GA is hiring a Physical Therapist for a part-time or full-time position. Our independently owned clinic is part of a network of over 600 clinics nationwide, offering the benefits of a small company with the resources of a large one.

About the Role

Our caseload includes a mix of orthopedic, neuro, balance & vestibular, and pelvic floor patients. We provide comprehensive training through FYZICAL’s continuing education program, including three levels of certification for balance and vestibular care. The clinic features state-of-the-art equipment such as Solo-Step® overhead support systems, infrared goggles, Virtual Reality goggles, and BodiTrak balance pads. Therapists have unlimited access to an internal library of online continuing education and in-person classes.

We welcome pelvic floor therapists and offer an excellent training program with both online and in-person classes. The clinic is located in Forsyth County, one of the fastest-growing counties in the U.S., known for its top-ranked public schools, quality of life, and low taxes. Nearby amenities include parks, hiking trails, Lake Lanier, and shopping/entertainment venues.

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient evaluations and exams
• Establish a diagnosis and its impact on activity
• Create a treatment plan with goals and completion dates
• Equip patients with PT intervention techniques and exercises
• Measure and track intervention effectiveness
• Provide education to patients on continuation of care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Current Georgia PT license
• Ability to work efficiently and autonomously
• Passion for helping patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues (preferred)
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Completion of FYZICAL’s Balance Level 1 online curriculum within one week of start date
