1107 Hart Blvd Suite #10, Monticello, MN 55362

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (8-hour shifts)

Pay

Starting at $75,000–$90,000 annual base, pending experience. Potential for sign-on bonuses or student debt relief program.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training; maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Requirements

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
• Outpatient clinical rotation (if current student)
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years (if practicing clinician)
• Valid state Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification
