About the role

Award-winning AMN Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a Long-term Acute Care facility. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients requiring extended rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment
• Perform therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of [State]
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term acute care or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
