Evaluations and Treatment
Evaluates patients, plans and implements an effective patient focused physical therapy program utilizing standard and specialized treatment techniques, effectively communicates and documents information regarding patients.
Discharge Planning
Establishes and initiates discharge plans as necessary.
Continuous Monitoring
Consistently evaluates outcome of care and provides continuous monitoring of patients' needs making appropriate modifications in the treatment plan.
Professional Growth
Maintain a high level of professional expertise and assume responsibility for professional growth and development.
