Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Requirements

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if licensed clinician
• Outpatient clinical rotation if current student
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification

Pay

$72,500 - $85,000 annual base commensurate with experience. Incentives: Potential sign on bonuses $10,000 - $20,000 and indefinite student debt relief program
