Physical Therapist, Kingston O/P Rehab Center (Part-time, Days, Flexible hours)

About the role

The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services under the direction of the Team or Clinic Manager, adhering to state laws and guidelines. They are responsible for assessing patients' conditions and developing treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of pediatric through geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy services in accordance with state law
• Assess and interpret patient data to identify age-specific needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide care in line with outpatient and physical therapy policies and procedures
• Exercise functional supervision over PTA's and support personnel during clinical activities
• Work collaboratively with management, staff, patients, and visitors
• Travel as required for work

Requirements

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Criminal history check and Childline/Cogent clearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid PA driver's license
• CPR certification
• Ability to transport self throughout the facility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an approved school
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an approved school preferred
