As a member of the therapy team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and compassionate staff and provide high-quality care to a diverse group of residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in a variety of settings including living areas, dining rooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented.
• Document progress notes and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain professional competence.

Requirements

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Maryland State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Experience working with individuals with a variety of medical conditions and disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
