Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide patient care adhering to departmental and professional standards
- Maintain accurate documentation for referred patients
- Participate in team and family conferences
Requirements
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Successful completion of prerequisite coursework
- Eligibility for internship
- Certification in CPR (AHA or Red Cross) required within 90 days

Pay
