About the role
This position is suited for current Physical Therapy students or recent graduates. The intern will receive mentorship from a licensed PT and is responsible for patient evaluation, reevaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and documentation, adhering to departmental and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective patient care under supervision
- Maintain accurate records
- Participate in team and family conferences
Qualifications
- Must have completed prerequisite coursework
- Must be eligible for internship through their program
- Hold CPR certification from a recognized provider
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop as a future Physical Therapist
- Additional certifications may be required depending on the department
Pay
Hourly wage ranging from USD $18.40 to USD $29.74.
