Physical Therapist Intern

About the role

This position is suited for current Physical Therapy students or recent graduates. The intern will receive mentorship from a licensed PT and is responsible for patient evaluation, reevaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and documentation, adhering to departmental and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective patient care under supervision
• Maintain accurate records
• Participate in team and family conferences

Qualifications

• Must have completed prerequisite coursework
• Must be eligible for internship through their program
• Hold CPR certification from a recognized provider
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop as a future Physical Therapist
• Additional certifications may be required depending on the department

Pay

Hourly wage ranging from USD $18.40 to USD $29.74.
