About the role
This role involves developing and delivering patient-centered physical therapy programs for diverse populations, including infants to geriatrics, with various diagnoses such as neurological, orthopedic, post-surgical, and complex conditions.Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Assessing patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Providing education to patients and families on physical therapy techniques and home exercises
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
- Less than one year of experience (new grads welcome)
- Licensure by the South Carolina Board
- BLS certification
