Physical Therapist - Inpatient - Cottonwood

Responsibilities

• Care Management: Participates in patient care conferences, develops appropriate plan of care, delegates treatment, documents, and implements the treatment plan.
• Patient Care: Evaluates patients, performs treatments, and documents responses to treatment sessions.
• Educates: Acts as a resource person, provides educational opportunities, and acts as a liaison.
• Compliance/Safety: Reports safety incidents, attends training programs, performs work safely, monitors work environment, and adheres to regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree- Required, Master's Degree- Preferred.
• Certification & Licensures: Current license in the state of Arizona- Required, BLS (American Heart Association)- Required upon date of hire, Certification Specific To Profession- Preferred, Fingerprint Clearance Card application number- Required upon hire, Fingerprint Clearance Card- Required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience: One to three years supervisory experience- Required, Clinical Documentation Experience- Required, Healthcare experience.
