About the role
Join our team as a Physical Therapist, providing skilled outpatient rehabilitation services with a focus on orthopedic and neurologic care.
Responsibilities
- Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions.
- Developing, revising, and evaluating individualized treatment plans involving patients and families.
- Performing therapy interventions using standard techniques tailored to patient needs.
- Educating patients, families, and staff on treatment and care needs.
- Participating in discharge planning, providing home instructions, and recommending equipment or modifications.
- Overseeing activities of support personnel and maintaining detailed documentation.
- Ensuring safety and performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy or related field, licensed as required in the state of practice.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills.
- Physical ability to perform standing, lifting, and other physical requirements.
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification or equivalent.
