This role involves providing comprehensive inpatient physical therapy services, including initial evaluations, treatment planning, implementation, and documentation, adhering to professional standards and accreditation guidelines. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based care with proper evaluation, treatment, DME recommendations, and discharge planning.Educate patients and families, ensuring safe and effective outcomes through clinical reasoning.Complete accurate documentation of interventions, discharge plans, and outcome data.Manage time effectively to meet productivity standards and maintain professional communication.Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.Mentor new staff and students, and contribute to ongoing education and program development.Assist in developing clinical guidelines and serve as a clinical instructor for students and volunteers. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral).DC licensure or eligibility.Current BLS certification.Preferred minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care.Membership in relevant professional organizations is advantageous.
