Physical Therapist - Inpatient - Chula Vista

About the role

The Physical Therapist (inpatient) at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista will provide physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient setting. This position is located in Chula Vista, less than 10 miles from the US-Mexico border.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment and education as prescribed by qualified medical practitioners in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and Title 16 requirements.
• Partner closely with other rehabilitation disciplines to provide a collaborative approach to patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Licensed as a PT in the State of California or Pending CA PT license (license must be in hand by start)
• Current BLS Certificate (American Heart Association)

Preferred Experience

• Acute Care/Inpatient experience

$54.24-$78.66/hour*
