Physical Therapist II

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced, evidence-based rehabilitation services to diverse patient populations.

• Document patient progress thoroughly in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.
