About the role
The Physical Therapist I provides a full range of physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs
- Treatment planning and implementation of therapeutic interventions
- Discharge planning and coordination of care
- Documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility from California Board of Physical Therapy
- If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirement
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Experience in providing physical therapy services
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
