About the role
Travel PT Home Health jobs in Coos Bay, OR are available for immediate start with 13-week assignments. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, for 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient needs
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Providing therapy in the home
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- A current Oregon PT license
- Home health experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome
