Key Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering skilled physical therapy treatments for patients with various injuries and disabilities.
- Testing and screening patients to evaluate physical strengths and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Implementing and adjusting rehabilitation programs in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Providing instructions and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, ensuring proper documentation and performance evaluation.
- Documenting patient care, interventions, and progress, and reporting to physicians and care teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
- Preferred minimum of one year of experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
