Physical Therapist - Home Health
About the role
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a 3-year long-term contract opportunity in the Home health setting in Puyallup, WA. The position includes an 8-week structured onboarding and training program and is open to new graduates and immigrant visa-eligible candidates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in the home setting.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the care team.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Supervise PTAs as required by state regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience.
- Current Washington PT license (or compact license).
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Pay
$35 to $40/hr on W2
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
