About the role

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a 3-year long-term contract opportunity in the Home health setting in Puyallup, WA. The position includes an 8-week structured onboarding and training program and is open to new graduates and immigrant visa-eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services in the home setting.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the care team.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation.
  • Supervise PTAs as required by state regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience.
  • Current Washington PT license (or compact license).
  • CPR certification.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

$35 to $40/hr on W2

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
