Daily Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments to determine patients' needs and develop appropriate care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for ongoing care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Required Skills

  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques
  • Ability to develop and implement treatment plans for rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills

  • Knowledge of VitalStim and adaptive equipment
  • Background in speech therapy and gait training
  • Familiarity with relaxation techniques for patient comfort

Salary and Benefits
