Physical Therapist - Home Health
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments to determine patients' needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for ongoing care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Required Skills
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans for rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Knowledge of VitalStim and adaptive equipment
- Background in speech therapy and gait training
- Familiarity with relaxation techniques for patient comfort
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 per year
