About the role
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Performing patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans using clinical techniques and tools.
- Providing therapy interventions according to established protocols and ensuring effective communication of care and discharge plans.
- Completing accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
- Supervising assigned assistants and performing other related duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent, obtained on or after January 2016.
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in applicable states.
- CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor.
- Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21.
- Facility-specific licenses such as WA-PT and OR-PT, with appropriate certifications like AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS.
Additional Requirements
- Commitment to patient safety, including compliance with vaccination policies.
- Participation in E-Verify and adherence to organizational policies.
