Physical Therapist Home Health

Amedisys Physical Therapist role based in Chatsworth, GA, covering Murray County and the Dalton/Pickens/Jasper/Gilmer area. Full-time day shift with paid training and mileage reimbursement.

Pay

Attractive pay range of $109,309.20 to $122,972.63.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (every 30 days, at minimum), modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state of assignment.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program (CAPTE-accredited).
• One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care (or approval from regional clinical leaders with appropriate mentoring/residency program participation if less than one year).
• Current CPR certification.
