Overview

Our Physical Therapists deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy to patients in their homes and communities, helping them recover from surgeries, illnesses, or accidents. They assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and adjust care based on evolving conditions, working independently within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative therapy in home or care settings.
• Monitor patient progress and modify plans accordingly.
• Practice independently while collaborating with care teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum one year of physical therapy experience or successful completion of a rehab intern probationary period.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York State.
• Valid driver’s license required outside Manhattan.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay per visit ranges from $70–$100 depending on location and schedule.
• Competitive annual salary range of USD $85,000 to USD $127,500.
