About the role

This role provides evaluation and physical therapy treatments in compliance with state and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include analyzing patient responses, documenting progress, and revising care plans accordingly. The therapist establishes and communicates treatment plans and educational instructions to patients and families, ensuring understanding and adherence.

Responsibilities

• Performing assessments such as goniometry and strength testing
• Implementing interventions for routine to complex cases
• Coordinating with healthcare teams for effective care delivery
• Organizing patient assignments and maintaining accurate clinical records
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Identifying patient needs for adaptive equipment and home modifications
• Performing procedures like therapeutic exercises and gait training
• Collaborating with team members and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Communicating treatment plans and educational instructions to patients and families

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• 1-2 years of clinical experience
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in applicable states
• Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and CPR certification
