Speech Therapist providing home-based care for adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing functions.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and ensure safety at home.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care.
- Support patient-centered, community-focused healthcare delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in speech therapy, preferably in home or community settings.
