Role: Speech Therapist providing home-based care to adult patients in St. Mary’s County. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing functions.Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and ensure safety at home.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care.Contribute to a patient-first, community-focused approach to healthcare.
