Speech Therapist providing home-based care to adult patients in St. Mary’s County.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing functions.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and ensure safety at home.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care.
- Contribute to a patient-first, community-focused approach to healthcare.
