About the role
Kirkland Village is a well-respected senior living community in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Complete individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, and confidence
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and aging in place safely
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community team members
- Collaborate closely with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team
- Document patient care and progress using Net Health and facility systems
- Contribute to a positive therapy department where ideas, questions, and support are shared
Requirements
- A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- An active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing
- A genuine interest in working with older adults
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to providing thoughtful, high-quality care
