Physical Therapist - Full Time Days

Seeking a Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include: providing direct supervision to patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and overseeing PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Duties are carried out in alignment with departmental policies, standards of treatment, and organizational values. Qualifications: Bachelor, Master of Science, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy; current or temporary licensure in the practice state; BLS certification; preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience, especially with adult and geriatric care. Physical Requirements: ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, prolonged standing and walking, and perform reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
