Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and supervise treatments.
• Assess patients and create individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Address patient concerns and support recovery through compassionate care.
• Build strong relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree plus relevant experience accepted.
