Physical Therapist - Full-Time

About the Role

The Physical Therapist plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions. They serve as co-leader within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized care plans, performing evaluations, and providing therapy interventions using appropriate techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment and discharge plans.
• Provide therapy interventions using appropriate techniques.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff.
• Complete clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
• Communicate discharge plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Licensure in the state of practice (required).
• CPR/BLS certification from approved vendors.
• Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Commitment to safety, documentation standards, and collaborative patient care.

Qualifications

• Preferred: two years of Physical Therapy experience.
