About the role
Provides physical therapy care to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions, working as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conducts evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and implements therapy interventions using appropriate protocols.
- Ensures effective communication of care and discharge plans to relevant parties.
- Completes accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
- Supervises assigned assistants and performs other related duties as needed.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
- Licensed in applicable states.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license, with minimum age of 21.
Skills
- Proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment protocols, and documentation.
