Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves reviewing patient medical histories, diagnosing through movement observation and patient concerns, developing personalized treatment plans, and setting clear goals and expected outcomes.

You will utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent injuries. Additionally, you will record patient progress, adapt care plans as needed, and educate patients and families about the recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Review patient medical histories and diagnose through movement observation and patient concerns
• Develop personalized treatment plans and set clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
• Record patient progress and adapt care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families about the recovery process

Requirements

• Licensed in good standing as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, eligible or licensed in Oklahoma
• Preferably 1 year of outpatient orthopedics experience; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• Passion for helping others in a service-oriented, collaborative environment
