Physical Therapist - Full Time

Role Overview

A full-time Physical Therapist is sought to assist patients in improving mobility, managing long-term conditions, and promoting active lifestyles. The role involves evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual needs, primarily in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized therapy plans
• Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic issues
• Utilize Prompt EMR and other clinical tools effectively
• Provide patient education and support for ongoing health goals
• Contribute to a collaborative clinical environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an accredited institution
• Active Indiana State Physical Therapy license
• BLS certification (may be required)
• Preferred outpatient experience and familiarity with EMR systems
• Strong communication, assessment, and patient management skills
