Physical Therapist | Full-Time

About the role

Responsible for coordinating and delivering physical therapy services, developing individualized treatment programs, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote patient health and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and gather data to create and modify treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy in various settings.
• Document patient progress and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Work cooperatively with interdisciplinary teams, including medical, nursing, and rehabilitation staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in ongoing education, training, and literature review to enhance skills and stay current in the field.

Requirements

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Visual acuity and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
