Physical Therapist | Full-Time

Position Overview

Responsible for coordinating and delivering physical therapy services, implementing individualized treatment programs for patients based on assessments and ongoing evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy in various settings
• Document progress
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and promote patient health and recovery
• Engage in professional development activities to maintain and enhance skills

Qualifications & Skills

• Active physical therapy license in the practice state
• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Visual acuity
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to adhere to safety standards
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
