Physical Therapist (Full Time)

Job Summary

The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients with orthopedic, neurological, complex-medical, and other diagnoses that affect a person’s strength, range of motion, endurance, and overall function. The Staff Physical Therapist will utilize therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activities to achieve the highest level of function possible.

About the role

Outpatient Physical Therapist for the NCH system that would be working out of the Gorham outpatient clinic but would be willing to float to other facilities at least 2 days per week.

Essential Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program and hold minimally a Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapy practice license granted from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions.

Pay

The Staff Physical Therapist is eligible for a commencement bonus of $10,000.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Schedule

Flexible schedule to accommodate work at the Gorham outpatient clinic and potential floating to other facilities at least 2 days per week.

Pay

All new hires are required to attend a mandatory three-day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. This orientation provides essential training, compliance information, and an introduction to our organizational culture to ensure a smooth and successful transition into your role. Attendance on all three days is required for onboarding completion. Additionally, if Weeks Medical Center is not your designated home base, you will be eligible for travel reimbursement in accordance with our standard travel policy.
