About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Help patients recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions
  • Manage a productivity expectation of 30 points/week
  • Work with adult and geriatric populations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Position
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Experience in Home Health is required
  • Experience with HCHB/Oasis is preferred
