About the role
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions
- Provide physical therapy services in home health, geriatric outpatient, or acute care settings
- Work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting treatments as necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Position
- Must have (or be able to obtain) a Connecticut license prior to start. New York license acceptable if candidate can secure CT licensure via reciprocity before start date
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Strong preference for home health experience. Candidates with geriatric outpatient or acute care experience will also be considered
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARCM
- Must live within approximately 30 minutes of the Greenwich, CT office. Ideal areas include the Bronx, Westchester, and lower Fairfield County (down to Bridgeport)
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle. Mileage/gas reimbursement provided
- Strong bedside manner. Encouraging, patient-focused, organized, and reliable

Schedule & Work Model
- Shift: Days
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
