Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions
• Provide physical therapy services in home health, geriatric outpatient, or acute care settings
• Work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting treatments as necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Position
• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Connecticut license prior to start. New York license acceptable if candidate can secure CT licensure via reciprocity before start date
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Strong preference for home health experience. Candidates with geriatric outpatient or acute care experience will also be considered
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARCM
• Must live within approximately 30 minutes of the Greenwich, CT office. Ideal areas include the Bronx, Westchester, and lower Fairfield County (down to Bridgeport)
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle. Mileage/gas reimbursement provided
• Strong bedside manner. Encouraging, patient-focused, organized, and reliable

Schedule & Work Model

• Shift: Days
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexibility allowed as long as productivity targets are met

• Majority of cases in Greenwich and Stamford
