Physical Therapist - Full Time
About the role
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions.
- Collaborate with aides and multidisciplinary clinicians (chiropractic, OT, acupuncture).
- Manage a typical daily caseload of 18–20 patients.
- Work a flexible schedule: Monday–Friday days (typically M/W/F 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; T/Th 8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 9:00 AM–2:00 PM).
- Some clinics offer rotating Saturdays about once per month and 4x10 options.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey state license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in an outpatient clinic preferred.
Qualifications
- New graduates and early-career clinicians encouraged to apply for larger clinic locations.
Skills
- Ability to manage a typical daily caseload of 18–20 patients.
- Comfort working in a high-volume environment with productivity expectations (typical clinic productivity 1.8–2.2 patients per hour; up to 3 patients per hour during peak times).
