Physical Therapist - Full Time
About the role
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with an outpatient clinic in Floyd, VA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage long-term conditions.
- Provide evidence-based care that is patient-centered.
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience working with a diverse patient population.
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and standards.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$117K+ a year for top performers.
Schedule
Flexible schedule accommodating a balanced caseload of 10-12 patients per day.
