Physical Therapist - Full Time
About the role
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions.
- Provide clinical oversight and support through leadership from licensed physical therapists.
- Work in a home health setting using electronic medical record: Homecare Homebase.
- Offer a balanced mix of small-town amenities and proximity to regional attractions.
- Impact patient care nationwide through partnerships with various healthcare settings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Hospital or SNF experience also preferred.
- Availability for Monday–Friday schedule (8-hour days with flexibility for 4x10s), one weekend per month, and coverage of one holiday per year.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- An Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required to start.
- A BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in home health is preferred.
- Experience in hospital or skilled nursing facility (SNF) is also preferred.
- Availability for a full-time schedule, including one weekend per month and one holiday per year.
