Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions.
• Provide clinical oversight and support through leadership from licensed physical therapists.
• Work in a home health setting using electronic medical record: Homecare Homebase.
• Offer a balanced mix of small-town amenities and proximity to regional attractions.
• Impact patient care nationwide through partnerships with various healthcare settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Hospital or SNF experience also preferred.
• Availability for Monday–Friday schedule (8-hour days with flexibility for 4x10s), one weekend per month, and coverage of one holiday per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• An Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required to start.
• A BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in home health is preferred.
• Experience in hospital or skilled nursing facility (SNF) is also preferred.
• Availability for a full-time schedule, including one weekend per month and one holiday per year.
